Leon Osman and Jack Rodwell face late fitness tests but Marouane Fellaini and Diniyar Bilyaletdinov are back after serving suspensions. The Blues haven’t lost at home since the opening day of the season and beat Liverpool last time the two met, when Dan Gosling scored a extra time goal in last season’s FA cup tie.     

This game is a great chance for both teams to get their season back on track. Liverpool have lost their last three away matches, and Everton, whilst having a solid home record, have been leaking goals like no one’s business this season.
