Bendtner: “We'll win it for Aaron Ramsey!”

Arsenal's Danish international forward Niklas Bendtner has claimed that he and his Arsenal team mates will win the Premier League title for injured midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Arsenal beat Stoke at the weekend though the story that dominated the victory was that of Ryan Shawcross' tackle on Ramsey that left the young Wales player with a broken Tibia and Fibula.
The Arsenal players were visibly shocked at the tackle and at the horrific nature of the injury, which should ensure that Ramsey is out for at least 6 months, and none more so than Bendtner.
The striker, who scored in the match, said: “"To be honest, I don't care about my goal and the win. Aaron is one of my best friends and all my thoughts go to him. It is a totally horrifying injury,"
"I was standing right next to Aaron, when it happened, and immediately there was no doubt at all, that he broke his leg. It was a terrible, totally mad tackle from Ryan Shawcross, and he is really smashing hard into Aaron.
The horror tackle will surely remind the Arsenal players of a similar injury to striker Eduardo two seasons ago in which the Croatian suffered a badly broken ankle.
Arsenal seemingly have bad luck with such injuries, though Bendtner has no doubts about who to blame for the incident.
"I don't believe that anybody would try to intentionally to make an injury on another player, a fellow professional, but the way he is going into the tackle is out of control, and that doesn't belong anywhere.” Said Bendtner, adding: “now we will go and win the title for Aaron."
The victory brought Arsenal to within 3 points of league leaders Chelsea and will be feeling confident that the league title is within their grasp and hoping that this latest tragedy within the squad will strengthen the bond within the team and help them towards glory.
Arsenal are currently at 11/4 with William Hill to win the Premier League behind Chelsea and new favourites Man United who are 6/4 and 11/8 respectively.
